Please Note: Cell phone reception does not always work well in our interview rooms. We do, however, have landlines available so that an interviewer can call you. Please ask in advance for the phone number.
Career Services maintains the following platforms on our computers: Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts. While we regularly check our technology to ensure that it is working properly we cannot guarantee that it will be working at all times. Further, we do not have a technical support team to assist should a technological issue arise. All users are advised to test the interview platform in advance to ensure that they are knowledgable in its use.

Ithaca College offers interview space and virtual interviewing technology to current students on an as available basis. While we conduct due diligence to ensure that the technology is in good working order, due to the unpredictability of communications networks and factors outside of our direct control, we cannot and do not guarantee that the technology will work at all times. Further, we do not guarantee that we have available all technological platforms that are used to conduct interviews and/or virtual meetings. By using our interview space and virtual interviewing technology, you agree to accept these and other unanticipated risks associated with them.
In order to minimize technological issues, we recommend the following best practices: a) Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your interview to test the technology, b) bring a laptop computer for backup purposes.
